Diana co-founded SOW COMMUNICATIONS on the premises of the need to integrate communications, public relations, and marketing in the digital space. She is a key advisor and DPO (digital product owner) to business clients and organizations in all SSA regions (sub-Saharan Africa regions). Diana’s day to day responsibilities span a portfolio of industries; her exposure and expertise include business and industry, agriculture and food security, financial security, tertiary or adult-learning education, tourism and hospitality, information and technology and arts and culture. Diana applies consumer-centricity principles in all her work – continuously optimizing future outcomes – often referred to as ‘’performance and growth marketing’’ in the digital space. She specializes in creating strategic blueprints for digital transformation incentives, creating people-centric solutions to access information via mobile, desktop or traditional media channels to optimize adoption and/or outputs.
