Over the past decade, we have supported staff from non- profits and business organizations to tap into the power of strategic communication to support their organizational goals. Liaison Office Roles

We have been able to provide clients with reliable project management and liaison office roles in Zambia in supporting all strategic Communications and Advocacy activities for the organization. We build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships, facilitate communications, and coordinate activities with our international clients and stakeholders. We have been a point of contact for our clients and their customers, facilitating meetings and cooperation activities on their behalf.

Workshops, Team-Building & Webinars

We are engaged in civic service and community issues, and advocate justice and inclusion with particular interest in equal opportunities through education. We regularly deliver digital agility workshops to third- and fourth-year students at the University of Zambia (UNZA) Mass Communications and Media Studies department, promoting digital rights and responsibility, digital ethics, and workplace readiness for media industry graduates. 

Leading on from there, we develop bespoke courses, presentations and workshops for adult learners, to address the use of digital communications in client
relationships, to facilitate communications with stakeholders, and to coordinate activities with international clients. 

We have been a point of contact for our clients and their customers, facilitating meetings and cooperation activities on their behalf as well as developing digital agility within their remote teams in Zambia. 

Stakeholder & Development Work

In the NGO space, we are called upon to develop impact-models that are mindful of contemporary socio-economic sensibility, and which inspire change or action in society. A major part of our work is to plan, execute, and measure media outreach and impact. Together, we develop all the support materials to deploy media campaigns that resonate with audiences.
